CETAM - Case Study

Objective
CETAM, a Québec based paramedic organization, partnered with Groupe Trium to build a complete uniform collection designed for the realities of prehospital care. Their priority was clear: create a solution that delivers ergonomics, stretch, durability, and comfort, while integrating high visibility safety features that support crews in the field.

Our Approach
The collection includes unique pieces created specifically for CETAM, including a mock neck performance polo designed for professional presentation and all day comfort. We also developed a lightweight, highly stretch, high performance jacket that delivers mobility and protection without restricting movement. To support the most demanding tasks, we designed extremely high performance pants featuring reinforced construction and lined knees for added protection and comfort during frequent kneeling.

Result
A complete paramedic uniform collection that enhances comfort and mobility, withstands demanding conditions, and improves safety through thoughtful high visibility design, helping CETAM crews stay ready, protected, and professional in every environment.

COMMISSIONNAIRES QUÉBEC - Case Study

Objective
COMMISSIONNAIRES required uniforms that support long hours on duty without weighing down their personnel, while maintaining a sharp, authoritative appearance. The challenge was to balance lightweight comfort and freedom of movement with the professional standards expected of a national security organization.

Our Approach
We developed a uniform program centered on breathable, durable fabrics and ergonomic construction that allows officers to move naturally throughout their shifts. Garments were designed to reduce bulk and fatigue, with thoughtful patterning, functional pocket placement, and reinforced stress points where durability matters most. At the same time, clean lines, consistent branding, and controlled color palettes ensured a polished and professional look across all environments.

Objective
UNIPRIX
required a unified uniform program that could support the diversity of roles within its stores while preserving a cohesive brand identity. The objective was to clearly recognize each division—cosmetics, frontline staff, managers, and pharmacists—through distinct apparel solutions tailored to their daily responsibilities.

Our Approach
We designed a complete uniform collection that balances consistency and differentiation. Each role received garments adapted to its environment and level of interaction: polished and approachable designs for cosmetics teams, functional and comfortable apparel for store staff, refined and professional looks for managers, and clean, authoritative uniforms for pharmacists. Color accents, cuts, and customization details were carefully selected to create visual distinction while remaining unmistakably UNIPRIX.
